Since our inception in January 1996 the London office agency team has been responsible for many significant acquisitions and disposals from Southwark to the south, Hammersmith to the west, Camden to the north and City of London to the east.

We appraise and provide a bespoke strategy for each letting instruction we are appointed to deal with. Our clients range from tenants seeking to dispose of premises that are no longer required for their occupation, to some of the UK’s largest commercial landlords seeking to let their newly developed office schemes. We ensure that regular marketing meetings are held to guarantee that our client is appraised of all marketing being undertaken, interest generated and most importantly proposals received.
