Watford - Toys R Us come to Century Retail Park [19 September 2006]
Toys R Us, advised by Ashwell Rogers, have taken a new lease on Units 7 & 8 at its Century Retail Park, Dalton Way, Watford.
Allied Carpets has surrendered its lease on Unit 7 and Furniture Land has surrendered its lease on Unit 8. Toys R Us has taken the combined units, totalling 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m), on a new 20-year lease at a rent of £36 per sq ft (£389 per sq m).
