Unit 3 Priory Retail Park, Colliers Wood
Toys R Us are currently fitting out the former Harveys furniture unit at the Priory Retail Park in Colliers Wood, South London. A new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 20 years was agreed subject to five yearly rent reviews and a commencing rent of £344,284 for a unit which comprised 10,126 sq ft on the ground floor and a trading mezzanine of 8,631 sq ft. The tenant received a large capital contribution in addition to rent free. The unit suffered fire damage following the August riots but this did not prevent the tenant from taking occupation the following week.
