Leadenhall Market Acquisition for Kucci Ltd [14 December 2005]
Acting on behalf of new cosmetic / toiletries brand, Kucci Kukui, Ashwell Rogers have acquired the companies first stand alone shop at 62 Leadenhall Market, London EC3.
The shop which is situated within the heart of this world renowned market area has been secured upon a new ten year lease at a commencing rent of £15,000 pax subject to an initial six month rent free period.
Ashwell Rogers have been retained by the company to act on their behalf in all future acquisitions and related property matters.
