After approximately 9 months of in-depth searching of the office market from Southbank to Kings Cross and from Paddington to Spitalfields, we successfully concluded the acquisition of approximately 19,000 sq ft over a single Grade A floor at the recently completed development known as Qube, 90 Whitfield Street, London W1.
Our client, Vizeum UK Ltd, part of media giant Aegis, had very specific parameters for their search process and despite fierce competition from other media companies, concluded the acquisition within 2 weeks of our agreeing terms.
