Having represented Nichols Group for the last 15 years we were delighted to be instructed to let their current headquarters at 16 New Burlington Place Mayfair.
This 4,840 sq ft floor was offered in a fully fitted format with fantastic natural light throughout as a result of the c.4m full height windows wrapping the floor. The lease was being offered by way of assignment and a substantial premium was being sought.
After approximately two weeks of marketing we had received five proposals and went to a best bids situation. Orchard Street Investment Management LLP were the successful bidders and exchanged contracts within the two weeks provided. Completion took place this morning!
We are almost as delighted with this transaction as our client.
