Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management for The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, we have just completed the final letting of available space within this 150,000 sq ft landmark office building.
JP Morgan, having already acquired c.36,000 sq ft, have just exercised their option to acquire the remaining available suites over part 4th and pt grd floors, taking up their occupancy within the building to just over 46,000 sq ft.
This highly prestigeous asset is now fully occupied and income producing. This has been a fantastic letting campaign and not only have we managed to provided first class asset management advice, including refurbishment finishes to common parts and available space, but we have also enhanced the value of this jewel in ADIA's crown, by attracting a triple A covenant on secure long term leases.
