Ashwell Rogers have sold this 62,500 sq ft (5,806 sq m) office building, acting on behalf of Notting Hill Housing Trust, to The Threadneedle Low-Carbon Workplace Trust (LCW).
The building was sold unconditionally and with full vacant possession at a price of £10.5m. LCW is a partnership between leading property investment manager Threadneedle, The Carbon Trust and developer Stanhope plc. LCW plan to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building.
