Crucially, the involvement of our senior personnel in the day to day running of the buildings enables us to ensure that our Client is strategically advised on all commercial aspects of the building in order to minimise voids and maximise all asset management/development opportunities.
Our services include the collection of rents and service charges, planned maintenance, administration of service contracts, organisation of day to day repairs and the preparation of service charge budgets and certificates.
