Paul joined Ashwell Rogers as a consultant in 2009 and his 30 years experience has proved invaluable, particularly in the areas of investment, development and asset enhancement.

Previously Paul was Property Director with Fordgate Group, managing letting strategies, rebranding, improvements and investment sales of several key projects.  Clients included Halton Lea Shopping Centre, Grays Shopping Centre, Gosforth Office Park, India Buildings Liverpool, Aspects Leisure Park Bedford and Houndshill Shopping Centre Blackpool.

Paul was also previously Director of the Investment Department at Hammond Phillips, overseeing retail investment and agency for a variety of funds, institutions, property companies and private individuals.  All sectors were covered with particular emphasis on shopping centres and high street retailing throughout the UK.

Paul has been involved in £20 million worth of transactions over the last 12 months and is also involved with advising PROPIM and The Tonstate Group, where he is responsible for the rebranding and repositioning of Richmond Gardens Shopping Centre Bournemouth, and various other projects throughout the UK.
