Jimmy Bell joined Ashwell Rogers as an Associate Partner in April 2012 specialising in investment and development.

Formerly with Jones Lang LaSalle for 11 years, his experience encompasses investment agency within each of the asset classes (retail, office, industrial etc). He has worked with an unusually wide range of clients including pension funds, corporates, charities, property companies and private investors (UK & overseas) including AVIVA, L&G,  PRUPIM, RLAM, The Warner Estate, Wereldhave and Hadleigh Partners.

As part of the Ashwell Rogers Investment Team, Jimmy handles the firm’s investment disposal business as well as targeting both on and off-market opportunities for property acquisitions to meet clients' investment objectives and also advises on how refurbishment, development or asset management initiatives can enhance returns.
