Since joining Ashwell Rogers in 2008 Ben has become an integral part of the team, focussing on both acquisition and disposal projects, large and small.

The Office Agency team is consistently involved in landmark transactions. Through close relationships with its existing clients and from direct recommendations, the Team continues to expand its portfolio.

Ben has successfully represented numerous clients in both the acquisition and disposal of core London stock and has recently advised Alecta Pensionsforsakring, Omsesidigt, one of Sweden’s largest pension funds in their acquisition of their London Head Office.

Ben has built up a sound knowledge of Core London stock, and a clear understanding and opinion of rental and capital values in all core sectors of the market. Ben is constantly monitoring market trends and fluctuations providing his clients with a valuable up to the minute analysis of the core London office market

His clients include Lazari Investments, Gloucester Investments, Terrace Hill and Prupim.
