Ash co-founded Ashwell Rogers in January 1996 having been at Chesterton and Michael Laurie Partnership, where he met the other three founding Partners of the firm. He regularly advises high profile London office occupiers in both their property acquisitions and disposals, together with developers and investors such as Derwent London Plc, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, Great Portland Estates and Aberdeen Asset Managers on behalf of the world's richest private wealth fund, The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
