Adam Velleman

After a successful year at Central London based office agents Pilcher Hershman, in 2004 Adam then completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Property & Construction at Birmingham City University, formerly known as the University of Central England.

Adam then spent several years within residential and mixed-use development as an Acquisitions Surveyor at Henry Homes PLC and Londonewcastle PLC sourcing, identifying and negotiating land acquisitions within Central and Greater London and the Home Counties that had scope for re-development.

Prior to joining Ashwell Rogers at the beginning of 2010, Adam spent a number of successful years at Central London based Investment & Development consultants, Hoffman Partners.

Adam deals with both UK and overseas private and publicly quoted property companies along with a number of UK institutions and advises on the acquisition and disposal of investment property and development sites nationwide.
