Recent transactions include the acquisition of 20,000 sq ft on behalf Vizeum, part of Aegis Plc, at the newly completed Qube office development in Whitfield Street, the disposal of 24,000 sq ft at 1 Knightsbridge on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management to Sun Europe and the sale of a 70,000 sq ft development scheme in Dock Street, E1 on behalf of Look Ahead Housing and Care.

Richard is an Associate at Ashwell Rogers and has been working in the Central London market for over five years since completing his MA in Marketing. He has carried out numerous disposals and provided strategy advice for several estates including The Pollen Estate, The Crown Estate and the Howard de Walden Estate. Richard is currently working on a number of disposals for independent landlords such as Deramore, Chaumet and the Prudential; and is also busy acquiring a mixed bag of properties for various clients including an art gallery, offices for a fund manager and a new headquarters for a leading educational publisher.
