Ashwell Rogers appointed to act for Select on all Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals

Ashwell Rogers has been appointed to act for Genus UK Limited on all rent reviews and lease renewals across its extensive retail portfolio. Genus operates a chain of 140 ladies fashion stores trading under the “Select” brand in England and Wales. Select was brought in January 2008 by the Turkish businessman and manufacturer, Cafer Mahiroglu, and is currently undergoing an expansion drive. Mr Mahiroglu’s vision is to revamp the quality of the product, the aesthetics of the stores and the location of the shops. He wants bigger units in more high-profile locations, particularly in London.
