We have just agreed terms to lease the last remaining c.4,000 sq ft floor at 1 Grosvenor Place SW1, on behalf of Derwent London Plc. We have now let c.35,000 sq ft within 1 GP and this last letting will result in 100% occupancy of the office floors.
