On behalf of Citygrove & Close Investments, terms have now been agreed on the 10,300 sq.ft. of prime retail warehousing adjacent to a new Toys R Us store which opened in October 2009
The unit has a valuable open A1 food & non food planning consent and a storage mezzanine consent has been obtained.
