Points to note this month are:
* Data for the number of inspections in the equivalent period for 2007 has been added to the Disposals graph.
* We have launched six new instructions this month. Please note that five of these are under 1,500 sq ft and therefore add little to the total amount of available stock. The total number of active instructions is unchanged due to equal number of lettings completed.
* Notable disposals this month include Primrose Studios, Regents Park Road and 80 Pall Mall SW1 which have now both completed.
* The summer period has meant some searches have been placed on hold until later in the year. The Acquisitions graph relects this seasonal blip.
