Ashwell Rogers receives its first instruction from leading developer, Derwent London

We are delighted to announce that we have just been appointed to act on behalf of leading property developer, Derwent London Plc, to lease approximately 16,000 sq ft at 1-3 Grosvenor Place, SW1. The space is available in suites from 3,500 sq ft upwards.
The space was previously occupied by Hanson Plc and provides two air-conditioned floors with amazing views over Green Park, Belgravia and Hyde Park Corner.
At the time of writing, we have already received a full asking terms proposal for all but 3,500 sq ft.
