New Instruction from Derwent London
Following our recent appointment by Derwent London to act on their behalf on the major redevelopment of The Network Building, Tottenham Court Road, we have just been appointed to deal with the short term letting of 15,000 sq ft at the building.
A good quality refurbishment to the entrance, partial common parts, and the suites is underway and should be completed by c. April this year. The suites are arranged approximately as follows:-
4th 6,318 sq ft
3rd 6,316 sq ft
1st 2,525 sq ft
The suites are available individually and consideration will be given to letting the 3rd and 4th floors in part. We are offering lease/s to June 2015 on a ‘contracted out’ basis.
The floors will be refurbished to open plan and will benefit from an exposed ceiling, new lighting and fully accessible raised floor. The suites are fully air conditioned and benefit from very good natural light as the building is situated on the corner of TCR and Howland Street with windows to both elevations, and there is a full elevation of windows into the central courtyard of the building.
