A swift transaction in the Crown Estate Building

After a single round of best bids from five parties, we have just exchanged contracts with leading investment company Orchard Street Investment Management.

We have acted on behalf of Nichols Group for the approximately 15 years, having acquired and disposed of all of their office premises in this time. We were appointed in late July to take their 5,000 sq ft floor at 16 New Burlington Place Mayfair W1 to the market. Despite the summer break, we generated considerable interest from numerous key occupiers in the market, resulting in exchange of contracts taking place for an assignment of our client's lease. Completion is to take place at the end of October.

We are very pleased to have generated a premium for our client's lease at a level considerably in excess of the quoting figure of £125,000.

Nichols are a leading management consultancy, and are appointed on some of the Government's highest profile projects including consultancy on Crossrail. We are now seeking a very high quality boutique office for Nichols.
