On behalf of our client, ADIA, we have just agreed a pre-let on the recently availalable space that has come up in their highly prestigeous office building, situated adjacent to the Lanesborough Hotel on Knightsbridge.

We have just placed approximately 10,000 sq ft under offer over the part 4th and pt grd floors.

The rent shows an improvement in the last transaction completed in November last year of c.10%. The market is now only going one way!
