John Ray (Hons) MSc MRICS
Whilst studying for a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from 2001 to 2005 at an Aberdeen University, John worked part-time in Development and Asset management for Ashley Group. Ashley Group are an Aberdeen based property development and holding company specialising in the oil and gas industry.
He then went on to complete an RICS accredited MSc (Econ) Property degree at Aberdeen University before spending over a year in Investment and Agency as a Graduate Surveyor for Ryden LLP. At Ryden, who are the largest independent and market leading commercial property consultant for the North of the UK, he was involved in a number of significant transactions including the sale of a 100,000 sq ft mixed office and industrial site in the heart of Aberdeen.
From joining Ashwell Rogers in late 2007, John qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and now advises on Acquisitions, Disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Rating and Asset Management.
