Recent transactions include the acquisition of 20,000 sq ft on behalf Vizeum, part of Aegis Plc, at the newly completed Qube office development in Whitfield Street, the disposal of 24,000 sq ft at 1 Knightsbridge on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management to Sun Europe and the sale of a 70,000 sq ft development scheme in Dock Street, E1 on behalf of Look Ahead Housing and Care.

Stephen is a Consultant to the firm, concentrating on Asset Management Strategy particularly in the areas of investment and development. He spent many years concentrating on offices in London, but now works on projects involving all use types, nationally and on occasion internationally. Stephen advises a number of Housing Associations, Charities, including as a panel member of the Ethical Property Foundation, Developers and Investors, including Octavia Housing & Care, Origin Housing Group, L&Q, Soho Housing Association, Look Ahead, Liberty, Aberdeen Asset Management, Tata and Great Capital Partnership. His projects include Asset Management of 61 ex-Little Chef properties which involves the proposed redevelopment of 25 and concluding some 65 agreed lettings and sales of the remainder, together with a number of development site disposals and investment acquisitions with medium term development potential.
