Despite very hard economc conditions and a very competetive office market, we are really proud to provide you with our birds-eye view stats.
• We have concluded 149,094 sq ft of core office transactions, or, marginally over 16,500 sq ft every month.
• We have been solely appointed to acquire approximately 70,000 sq ft of core London offices by retained clients and are already at this time in advanced negotiations on c.30,000 sq ft
• Appointed to let just under 200,000 sq ft of prime West End office schemes. We are thrilled by this and are looking forward to bringing these buildings to the market over the next two years.
We are really keen to build on our successes so far this year and are continuously seeking new opportunities for our retained clients to acquire, and with the limited supply of quality office stock, fresh instructions to dispose of for new clients.
