New suite at 4 GP
Having already let c.130,000 sq ft in 1 and 4 Grosvenor Place, SW1, we are appointed to let arguably one of the best suites we let during the initial campaign.
The reception to the building was remodelled and comprehensively refurbished with contemporary finishes during the middle of last year and as you can imagine with Derwent, it looks stunning.
The floor is arranged as open plan with a number of private meeting rooms and offices with a very impressive boardroom overlooking Admiralty Arch and Buckingham Palace gardens. Benefitting from air conditioning and a raised floor, the space is fully wired and ready for occupation. Whilst the existing tenant’s lease expires in June of this year, we may be able to gain an earlier date by agreement with the tenant. We will be seeking high £40’s for a lease for a term by arrangement, but with a rolling LL break from June 2014 to 2016, consistent with all leases within the building.
Derwent has installed a full cycle suite and racks in 1 GP, and we may be able to offer car parking spaces by separate licence agreement.
This is one of the best suites we let during the campaign and well worth a peek. The space looks great and the level of natural light is superb.
