Major West End Rent Review Instruction
Ashwell Rogers has been appointed to act for tenant, EFG Private Bank, on the 2012 rent reviews at their 28,500 sq ft offices in Leconfield House, Curzon Street. EFG have occupied Leconfield House since it was substantially refurbished in 2007. The building, which was the former headquarters of the MI5, provides almost 70,000 sq ft of offices over ground to 7th floors, together with a private gymnasium at the basement level.
