Another deal done for Great Portland Estates!
Ashwell Rogers have had a busy and successful last 12 months acting on behalf of Great Portland Estates and this latest transaction at 32-36 Great Portland Street typifies our involvement with one of the countries largest property companies.
Initially instructed on the 4th and 5th floors at 32-36 Great Portland Street, Ashwell Rogers provided advice on refurbishment on the reception, common parts and floors along with marketing advice. The floors provide bight open plan space which is extremely popular with creative and media agencies which are beginning to populate the area around Market Place as an alternative to Soho.
On the back of our initial lettings at 32-36 Great Portland Street Ashwell Rogers were then instructed on 24 Newman Street where we pre-let the ground and lower ground floors, measuring 5,000, sq ft to FreeSat.
Ashwell Rogers were also able to pre-let the last floor at 32-36 Great Portland Street to an internet marketing agency called AdMaxim. Although the terms were confidential Ashwell Rogers were able to reduce the incentives provided to the tenant.
