Victoria Place Shopping Centre - Sweet Factory [19 October 2005]
Acting on behalf of pick and mix sweet retailer Sweet Factory, Ashwell Rogers have sold the leasehold interest in K4/5, Victoria Place Shopping Centre, SW1.
A "significant" premium was achieved from London retailer Teats & Snax for the benefit of the leasehold interest.
The premises are held under a lease for a term expiring September 2012 subject to rent review 2007 at a passing rent of £62,500 pax which includes a separate store area (shop £58,500 pax).
