Milton Keynes acquisition for Cramberry [08 November 2005]
Acting on behalf of solely retained clients Cranberry, Ashwell Rogers have acquired a new kiosk for the company in a prime location within Midsummer Arcade, Milton Keynes Shopping Centre.
The kiosk has been secured under a new licence at a rent of £25,000 pax. Following establishment of trade it is intended that the licence will be converted into a new five year lease in due course.
Ashwell Rogers continue to act for the UK's best well known dried fruit and nut retailer and is actively seeking further locations throughout the UK.
