Contracts have been exhanged for a third acquisition at this building for our clients Group NBT.
The latest deal involves the Lower Ground floor offices of 2,350 sq ft and the simultaneous restructuring of the leases held for two other units that we acquired previously. Our clients now occupy a total of nearly 14,000 sq ft in the building, all of which has been acquired for them by Ashwell Rogers.
