On behalf of Sweden's largest pension fund we have just acquired the 3rd, and arguably the best floor, with Medici Asset Managements' newly developed building at 46/48 Grosvenor Gardens, SW1.
The floor totals marginally over 2,100 sq ft and provides Grade A finishes throughout. Despite a stregthening market we were able to negotiate a new flexible lease at a competetive rent.
