After a detailed search process undertaken on behalf of our client, The Nichols Group, we are delighted to have concluded the acquisition of their new headquarters offices within the Crown Estate's building at 16 New Burlington Place.
Our brief was to acquire a single Grade A floor of c.5,000 sq ft in south Mayfair in a building of striking architectural significance. Numerous premises were considered and after three options were identified, we concluded the acquisition of 16 New Burlington Place, W1. Despite competition from another prospective tenant, we secured the space at favourable terms and a very healtyhy incentive package.
