We have just completed the acquisition of c.2,500 sq ft over the entire 1st floor at Standard Life's last remaining floor within their office scheme in Charles II Street, SW1
We were recommended to represent our client DMW by previous clients, The Berkley Partnership for whom earlier in the year we acquired approximately 8,000 sq ft in Chancery Lane.
We listened carefully to DMW's brief and considered three main locations, Mayfair, St James's and North of Oxford Street. After inspecting a dozen or so options we entered into negotiations on this newly refurbished air conditioned floor with full height windows and amazing natural light. From start to finish this acquisition took 6 weeks.
