After an in-depth search of the market and having considered numerous options, we acquired just under 3,000 sq ft over two floors of newly refurbished premises. The landlord, The Howard de Walden Estate had undertaken a comprehesive refurbishment of the this fine period building and our clients floors benefits from air conditioning throughtout, fully accessible raised floors and great views over Marylebone from their private balcony.
A flexible lease was agreed and very competetive terms negotiated.
