2nd Floor, 11 Ironmonger Lane, EC2 [18 June 2009]
Ashwell Rogers is delighted to announce, that on behalf of Autonomous Research LLP, we have successfully acquired the 2nd floor of 11 Ironmonger Lane, EC2.
The floor, which measures 3,000 sq ft, is the first to be let in this newly remodelled building and provides a raised floor, air conditioning, 2 new passenger lifts and a modern staffed reception.
This is the latest incarnation for this historic building which stated life as a Roman house in 2 AD, was the Black Prince’s House in 1359 and had its current façade built in 1768.
Ashwell Rogers were recommended by a previous client. An in depth search of available office accommodation was undertaken in the area around St Pauls and Bank. Several suitable options were found before entering into negotiations and securing 11 Ironmonger Lane.
