On behalf of our client, Colchester Global Investors, we have just agreed a re-gear of their lease at the above. Having undertaken a comprehensive search of the office market, we entered into detailed negotiations with our clients landlord, The Pollen Estate, resulting in an agreement to extend the lease for a further five years at a very competetive rental level from what was originally quoted to us.
This a/c floor was finished to a Grade A standard and totals approximately 4,700 sq ft
