On behalf of The Berkeley Partnership, we are delighted to confirm that we have successfully acquired approximately 8,000 sq ft of the best office floors within Invista's recently completed development in Chancery Lane. The scheme has been finished to a Grade A standard and provides five balconies and terraces, air conditioning and full access raised floors. There is even a designated bike storage and shower area in the basement.
After a selection process, Ashwell Rogers was appointed to undertake a comprehensive search of a number of Central West End locations to relocate TBP to their new office premises.
Having considered all stock on and off the open market, the new scheme undertaken by Invista in Chancery Lane was agreed upon as the ideal choice. Negotiations were entered into and a new lease was taken with an interim option to break on highly competitive terms, taking full advantage of the current economic climate.
