Ashwell Rogers is pleased to announce the acquisition of the fourth floor at Zetland House, Scrutton Street, EC2 on behalf of Cafedirect Plc.
The fourth floor provides 6,200 sq ft of open plan accommodation within a former warehouse building which benefits from excellent natural light, wood strip flooring and exposed brickwork throughout. A number of properties were considered and we entered into negotiations on two potential premises, ultimately agreeing very competetive terms at Zetland House. A substantial rent free period was negotiated on behalf of our client.
