On behalf of Derwent London plc we are delighted to announce that the entire 8th floor of 7,645 sq ft has now been let to Richmond Park Capital. The accommodation has been pre-let as part of a marketing initiative dealing with the disposable of available space within 1-3 and 4 Grosvenor Place.
Despite extremely difficult market conditions, this floor was let within two weeks of completion of the refurbishment and re-carpeting works undertaken.
In addition we have also successfully placed the 7th floor of 8,875 sq ft under offer to an existing tenant within the building.
