Shine TV Ltd, the television production company owned by Elizabeth Murdoch, has exchanged contracts for this self contained office unit and has taken possession in order to commence a comprehensive refurbishment.
The offices total 12,200 sq ft over two floors and enable Shine to bring a number of operations under one roof. Ashwell Rogers acted for the owner, a private investor, throughout negotiations.
