Acting on behalf of Carillion plc, Ashwell Rogers has successfully disposed of the fourth floor offices at the above.
The floor totals 9,760 sq ft and was previously the headquarters of Alfred McAlpine who were bought by Carillion earlier this year. A side by side deal was agreed whereby the existing lease was surrendered to our clients immediate landlords McKinsey & Co who simultaneously granted a new lease to TowerBrook Capital, a company that we had introduced to the property.
This enabled our clients to entirely dispose of their liabilities whilst also receiving a substantial premium from the incoming tenant.
