The acquisition of the Lower Ground floor offices of 2,350 sq ft on behalf of Group NBT plc has now completed alongside the simultaneous restructuring of the leases held for two other units that we acquired previously.
Our clients now occupy a total of nearly 14,000 sq ft in the building, all of which has been acquired for them by Ashwell Rogers.
