Completion has now taken place for the acquisition of a further floor on behalf of our clients GAM (UK) Ltd.
GAM already occupy the fourth and fifth floors, which we acquired on their behalf at the beginning of last year, and have now now taken the third floor providing an additional 4,300 sq ft for further expansion.
