Brighton Acquisition for Dr & Herbs [19 December 2005]
Acting on behalf of retained traditional Chinese herbalists, Dr & Herbs, the UK's largest and leading operator, Ashwell Rogers have acquired the former Carphone Warehouse at 43 Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton.
A new lease was secured at a rental of £65,000 pax subject to an initial three month rent free period.
Ashwell Rogers continue to act on behalf of Dr & Herbs in all of their acquisition work throughout the UK where upwards of 30 new stores are sought over the forthcoming year.
