Contracts have been exchanged for the purchase of the freehold interest in this building by our clients, a private overseas investor.
The building, which is currently run as a business centre, totals 4,650 sq ft and will be refurbished throughout. Ashwell Rogers negotiated the purchase, will manage the building in the short term and are coordinating the refurbishment works.
