Tunbridge Wells - Rohde Lease sold [06 March 2006]
Acting on behalf of Rohde Shoes, Ashwell Rogers have disposed of the lease of Rohdes prime premises at 56 Calverley Road, Tunbridge Wells.
Having been instructed to assign the Rohde lease, Ashwell Rogers managed to engineer a surrender of the lease back to the landlord and line up a letting to The West Cornwall Pastie Company who agreed a new lease at £79,250 pax. By being proactive and creating this scenario it has meant that Rohde have succesfully negated any ongoing potential contingent liability.
