On behalf of Afren Plc, we have assigned their leasehold interest at their previous head office at 50 Curzon Street. We received six proposals for the assignment of this 4,500 sq ft air-conditioned floor and after three rounds of bidding, we completed the disposal acheiving a premium approximately twice the quoting figure.
