We are delighted to confirm the letting of this building on behalf of our clients, St Luke's Communications.

22 Dukes Road, WC1 is a unique building comprising just over 11,000 sq ft of highly individual offices behind an original warehouse facade located close to Euston Station. The lease was assigned to Wallacespace who will run the building as a centre for meetings and presentations.

Ashwell Rogers were brought in to the project by Haywards, a commercial property consultancy with whom we have a close association.
